October is National Chiropractic Health Month, making it the perfect time to take a closer look at your posture. Whether you spend long hours at a desk, scrolling on your phone, or driving from place to place, your posture has a powerful influence on your spine, muscles, and nervous system. Over time, poor posture can contribute to pain, fatigue, headaches, and even reduced focus. The good news? Small, consistent steps can make a big difference.
To make posture easy, try this simple “3×3” challenge this month:
3 Stretches: Chest opener, seated spinal twist, and neck side bends.
3 Strength Moves: Planks, glute bridges, and rows to support alignment.
3 Habits: Sit with feet flat, hold your phone at eye level, and take a standing/walking break every 30 minutes.
These small resets, practiced daily, retrain your body to stay aligned and resilient.
At Your Desk: Keep your screen at eye level, elbows at 90°, and lower back supported.
With Your Phone: Hold it higher—don’t let your head tilt forward.
For Kids’ Backpacks: Check that straps are tightened so the pack sits high on their back, and make sure it weighs no more than 10–15% of their body weight.
October is all about resetting your alignment and giving your body a strong foundation for the busy holiday season ahead. To support you, we’re offering a complimentary posture scan this month. It’s a quick and easy way to see how your posture measures up and learn what small changes could help you feel and function your best.
📅 Schedule your complimentary scan today and start your October posture reset! (Offer good until October 31, 2025.)
"I was so accustomed to the pain in my back that I frequently ignored it until I almost could not walk at times. A friend referred me to Frain Chiropractic, and it has made a world of difference for me! I haven’t had to feel chronic pain in my lower back and have been bringing the whole family as well for the last 2½ years, so they too can enjoy the benefits of preventative wellness, better health and less illness. We all look forward to our appointments and do not know what we would do without them!
Thank you, Drs. Frain!"
