1. Get Adjusted Regularly

Your nervous system controls every function in your body — including your immune system. Misalignments (subluxations) can interfere with nerve communication and weaken your body's defenses. Chiropractic adjustments help keep the lines of communication open so your immune system can do its job effectively.

2. Support with Supplements

5. Reduce Sugar

Sugar weakens the immune system for hours after consumption. Watch for hidden sugars in school snacks, cereals, and drinks. Swap sugary options with immune-friendly choices like fruit, nut butters, and veggies with hummus.
